Welcome to PropMind, a service from PropMind AB (Org. no: 559560-4413). By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Who can use the service

• At least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements
• Professional user or company

What we offer

• AI-powered styling of empty rooms
• Professional real estate videos and 4K images
• Optimization for Hemnet, social media, and more
• Processing normally within 24–48 hours

Account and security

• One account per user
• Keep login credentials confidential
• You are responsible for all activity on your account

Pricing and payment

• Payment in SEK, monthly or annual subscription
• 7-day trial
• Accounts may be paused or closed for non-payment

Responsibilities and rules

You may not upload illegal content, hack, copy, or share your account without permission. Violations may result in suspension or legal action.

Intellectual property

• You retain ownership of your original images
• Styled images may be used in your real estate marketing
• PropMind owns all technology, AI, and design templates
• PropMind is provided 'as is' without guarantees of specific commercial outcomes

Data and termination

• Images are stored securely and deleted 30–90 days after termination
• You have 30 days to download your data after account closure

Law and disputes

• Swedish law applies
• Disputes are resolved first by dialogue, then mediation or court in Stockholm
